Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Warranty

 1. How soon can I get my order?

Select your shipping method at check out, we have next-day, 1-3 days, and other options available. If the order is placed before 2 pm and the next day's service is selected, our team will pack and ship your order the same day. Please note this is not a promise/guarantee as we can not manage the time couriers take to ship items. We will always do our best to ensure the items are with you as soon as possible.


 2. What shipping companies do you use?

We use a range of companies to ensure we have the best solution for shipping to your location in the UK and worldwide. Our main services are with FedEx, DHL, UPS and RoyalMail.


3. How do I return an item?

Simply pack the item well in a taped and secure box, ideally as you received it from us, in its original condition. Fill in the returns form included in your order and insert this into the box as well. Scan the QR code on your thank you leaflet inside your box to download or email a returns form to the team. Ship your return order back to us within 30 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund, excluding original delivery fees.

We aim to process refunds within 14 working days of receiving the item back at our Wembley warehouse. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item and returning it to us safely in its original condition. We cannot offer a full refund if the product is damaged during shipping or does not reach us due to unforeseen shipping issues. The amount refundable is determined by our quality team upon arrival at our warehouse. 

Please note that sale items are final. During sale periods we cannot accept any returns and exchanges for products that were purchased on sale at a discounted price from RRP.

5. How do I open a warranty claim?

Contact our team at and we will guide you through the process, and see our warranty page on our website for further information.


6. Can I drop off my item at your warehouse?

Yes, you can! Our Wembley-based warehouse is open Monday to Friday from 9 am until 5 pm (excluding Bank Holidays), where you can return your order to us. You can find the address above in question four!


7. What if I change my mind about my order or I ordered the wrong product?

You can send it back to us, no problem!

Make sure when shipping the product back that it is securely packaged. If damage happens during transit, your refund may not be accepted.

Unfortunately, the return postage cost is the sole responsibility of the customer, and this will not be refunded in this case either. This includes cases where the shipping was free at checkout. The actual cost we paid to cover your shipping will also be deducted from your refund.

In the case where you request us to provide a return label, this cost will also be deducted from the refund total.


8. When will I get my refund once I return my order?

Once we receive your order back and if the refund request is approved, we advise 14 days total for the refund process. We do our best to get it done sooner when possible. Usually, it is less time than this. However, we cannot guarantee it. This time can vary a lot depending on your bank and other circumstances. 9. What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

The item must be returned in a resalable & unused condition.

Promotional items in orders must be returned whether this has been included free of charge or with any offer at the time of purchase.


10. Are there any charges for return?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. If a free delivery method was chosen, the actual delivery charge we covered would be deducted from your refund/credit.
